What happens if a learner does not pass?
Each certification includes two exam attempts.
If a learner does not pass on the first attempt, they receive feedback and can retake the exam after a ten-day cooldown period at no extra cost.
Can additional exam resits be purchased?
Yes. Additional exam attempts can be purchased through the eLearning platform or arranged via your Account Manager.
