Certified Penetration Testing Associate - Launch Discount Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Certified Penetration Testing Associate (CPTA) Launch Discount Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the promotional discount offered by Security Team Training Ltd trading as Centri ("Centri") in connection with the launch of the CPTA certification.

By claiming the launch discount through the CPTA waitlist and completing your purchase during the promotional period, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

3. Promotion Period

The promotion opens at 10:00 UTC on 8 September 2026 and closes at 23:59 UTC on 15 September 2026 ("Promotional Period"). The launch discount will be automatically applied at checkout for eligible customers during the Promotional Period. Once the Promotional Period has ended, the discount will no longer be available and cannot be applied retrospectively or extended.

4. Eligibility


The promotion is available to individuals who successfully register for the CPTA Launch Waitlist before the promotion begins.


Eligible customers will receive the exclusive launch discount automatically at checkout during the Promotional Period when purchasing the CPTA certification using the same email address they used to join the waitlist.


The launch discount:


    • is available only to eligible waitlist registrants;
    • is personal to the registered individual;
    • is non-transferable; and
    • may only be used once for a single purchase of the CPTA certification during the Promotional Period.

Centri reserves the right to refuse or cancel purchases where it is unable to supply the product or where doing so would breach applicable laws, regulations or sanctions.

5. Promotional Discount


The promotional launch discount applies only to eligible purchases of the CPTA certification made during the Promotional Period.


The discount:


    • applies only to the CPTA certification;
    • cannot be used for any other Centri products, services, subscriptions or bundles;
    • cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or any alternative product or service; and
    • cannot be applied retrospectively to purchases made outside the Promotional Period.

6. Restrictions


The promotional discount:


    • may only be used once;
    • may not be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, voucher or discount;
    • may not be copied, resold, transferred or otherwise distributed; and
    • is void if altered, duplicated or used in breach of these Terms.

7. Misuse and Fraud


Centri reserves the right to refuse, cancel or remove eligibility for the promotional launch discount where it reasonably believes:


    • these Terms have been breached;
    • the discount has been obtained or used fraudulently or by an ineligible individual;
    • fraudulent or suspicious activity has occurred; or
    • the promotion is otherwise being misused.

Centri's decision regarding eligibility for, or application of, the promotional launch discount shall be final.

8. Changes to the Promotion

Centri reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw this promotion where it becomes necessary to do so due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, to protect the integrity of the promotion or to comply with applicable laws or regulations.

Any such changes will not affect purchases validly completed before the change takes effect.

9. Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Centri shall not be responsible for technical failures, website outages, internet interruptions or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control that prevent participation in the promotion.

10. Other Terms

These Promotional Terms and Conditions should be read alongside Centri's standard Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. In the event of any inconsistency, these Promotional Terms and Conditions shall take precedence in relation to this promotion.

Failure by Centri to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
